Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 808fubo platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 808fubo. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 808fubo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Password Security & Access
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We recommend using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the 808fubo support team immediately and change your password. 808fubo is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
808fubo users are required to use the platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Placing fake bets or colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes
- Exploiting any bugs or technical errors in the system
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Registering using a false identity or another person's personal information
- Using unauthorised payment methods or credit cards that do not belong to you
808fubo reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of activities that violate these Terms. Where an investigation confirms a breach, all balances in the account in question may be forfeited and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals in MYR
Deposits & Payment Methods
All transactions on 808fubo are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including e-wallets and online banking. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods without prior written authorisation are prohibited.
808fubo reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit suspected of originating from an illegitimate source. In such cases, we will contact the user for additional information before making any decision.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same user's name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policy and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. Processing times depend on the method used — e-wallets are generally faster than bank transfers.
808fubo reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending satisfactory identity verification. Winnings obtained in breach of these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal.

808fubo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses from betting, service disruptions, technical delays, or errors in the display of information.

Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
808fubo reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide verification documents, user request, or regulatory instruction. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, remaining balances may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings or by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
808fubo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Notice of material changes will be prominently displayed on the platform.
